G'Day everyone,
Just rolled in from Cairns and having a read through the posts.
To JD: I haven't seen the Rabbit proof fence movie, I've seen good reviews of it and it is a true story, my wife read the book. Another movie you might like is 'Ten Canoes'. Had to watch that twice, you pick things up that get missed first time around.

Sounds like a Pow-wow Indian Taco to me.  I've heard they are a leading source of methaine gas.

They may be fattening, cause a lot of gas, but they sure sell good. Just please eat them after initipi.

I myself prefer the plain old fry bread, no jam, honey, butter or cinnamon sugar. Buy hey each has their own likes and dislikes

I'd have to ask someone who is old enough to have sat next to him and observed that themselves...............I'll go ask Buddy Martins and get back to ya with the answer.

I had to learn to make them because my wife never learned from her sister and I like them too. We just have to be careful on how often we have them, they will make you gain weight. Except strangely for her sister is about 120 pounds at her heaviest. Its strange. My frybread is good but both of her sisters make frybread that is way better.

That is too funny. The best fry bread I ever had occured at a sad time. My Sister's youngest daughter had died and my wife and I went to Rosebud for the funeral. My sister had made a ton of it since she was feeding everyone that was attending.

Pilamayelo! I read about the animal assistance therapy over there. I am currently over here at the rose city. Sunny skies, temperatures hovering about 60-65, good afternoon to ride my bike (pedal type) by the river and maybe see some of the F-15 go vertical .....
